Quality Bracelet

I was looking around the internet for a bracelet that spoke to me. After a day or two, I came across Forziani's products (on Amazon), particularly this Terra bracelet (the name spoke to me). I purchased a medium (7" - 7.5") silver one, and when it arrived in the mail, I was disappointed - it was a bit tight (I have a 7" wrist). It looked good, but I emailed Forziani to request a replacement and was met with excellent communication along the way until I received it (thank you, Liza). Both the original and replacement shipments were expeditious (considering the pandemic). The large size (7.5" - 8") is a perfect fit for me. The silver chain itself has a brilliant shine (the word "blinding" comes to mind) and has a solid, quality feel to it. If I did have one thing to complain about it's that the clasp is indeed a bit oversized... but who cares? It is special. Terra spoke to me from day one, the customer service fired on all cylinders, and the bracelet itself is a quality piece. Five out of five stars. Thank you, Forziani. Will buy from again.
