SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide from our head office in metro Orlando, Florida. All orders ship within 24 hrs of order placement via USPS for standard shipping options and UPS/Fedex/DHL for express shipping options, chosen at checkout.

We're happy to offer Free Express Shipping for All Orders worldwide over $75.

Carrier times vary from 3-5 business days within USA and 14-21 business days internationally for standard shipping options. Express shipping can take between 2-3 business days within USA and 3-5 business days internationally, depending on your country of residence.  

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday except on holidays). If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service  and we'll be glad to help.

CUSTOM DUTIES

For all orders placed on our website and shipping to international locations, your order will be shipped using your chosen method of shipping from our office: Forziani 1450, Lone Feather Trail, Winter Park, FL, 32792 United States. The shipping cost varies with shipping method chosen. Duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery.

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days within USA and 7-21 days internationally.
