Shipping Rates

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to the United States and 36 international countries from our head office in Orlando, Florida. We process and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Standard orders ship via USPS, while express orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on the option selected at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $150 or more and on international orders of $250 or more. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of countries we ship to.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

To receive your order by December 25, please place it by:

  • United States standard shipping: Tuesday, December 15
  • United States express shipping: Friday, December 18
  • International standard shipping: Monday, December 7
  • International express shipping: Monday, December 14

Orders placed after these dates still ship within 1 to 2 business days, but we cannot promise delivery before Christmas.

After shipment, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States and 14-21 business days internationally. Express delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within the United States and 3-5 business days internationally, depending on the destination.

CUSTOM DUTIES

International orders ship from our office in Orlando, Florida, United States. Duties, taxes, and other import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be due at delivery.
