Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
United States Shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more
- Standard shipping is $5.95 on orders under $150
- Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days after your order ships
- Faster UPS options are available at checkout, with rates calculated at checkout
International Shipping
- Free standard international shipping on orders of $250 or more
- Standard international shipping is $45 on orders under $250
- Estimated delivery: 14 to 21 business days after your order ships, depending on destination and customs
We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Albania, Gibraltar, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, South Africa, the Bahamas and the Cayman Islands. Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Holiday Shipping
To receive your order by December 25, please place it by:
- United States standard shipping: Tuesday, December 15
- United States express shipping: Friday, December 18
- International standard shipping: Monday, December 7
- International express shipping: Monday, December 14
Orders placed after these dates still ship within 1 to 2 business days, but we cannot promise delivery before Christmas. Carrier volumes are higher than usual during the holidays, so we recommend ordering early. If you need an order by a specific date, please email us at info@forziani.com before ordering.
Gift Packaging
Every Forziani piece ships in our signature gift packaging, ready to give.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@forziani.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we are happy to help where we can if you contact us right away.
